Right now, we’re looking for dynamic a **Venue Manager** to lead the fun at **iPlay Belconnen** with **tournament-grade bowling lanes and state of the art arcades.**

**The Role**
As a Venue Manager, you’ll be the **heartbeat of your venue** — leading, inspiring, and driving a team that’s obsessed with creating unforgettable guest experiences.
You’ll build an atmosphere where:
- The games are buzzing,
- The service is passionate,
- The guests are smiling, and
- The team feels proud to be part of something bigger.
You’ll report to the Regional Manager and lead your venue through every stage of the **Guest Journey** — from **Arrival** to **Farewell** — making sure every moment counts.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Run the show** — Oversee all venue operations, keeping energy high and experiences seamless.
- **Lead, train, and inspire** — Build and empower a team that thrives on honesty, teamwork, and excitement.
- **Deliver the Moments that Matter** — Make every visit smooth, memorable, and full of life.
- **Manage the essentials** — Keep rosters, performance, stock, and service standards running like clockwork.
- **Own the numbers** — Track budgets, reporting, and ordering to keep the venue profitable and efficient.
- **Champion safety and compliance** — Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- **Collaborate and innovate** — Work with senior management to grow the business and cement iPlay as the go-to entertainment destination.
**About You**
You’re a natural leader with drive, passion, and personality. You lead with **honesty**, thrive on **teamwork**, and are **guest-obsessed** in everything you do.
What you’re bringing to the party:
- Proven 2+ years leadership experience in **hospitality, entertainment, or retail**:
- A **hands-on leadership style** - you’re on the floor, not behind a desk
- Strong **bowling and arcade operations knowledge** (bonus!)
- Confidence with **rosters, budgets, reporting, and stock control**:
- A calm, **solution-focused** approach under pressure
- A passion for **culture building** and team development
- Availability across **days, nights, weekends, and public holidays**:
- Preferably hold **RSA, RMLV, or Food Safety Supervisor** certifications

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
