PTC Performance
Lidcombe
Feeling stuck in your career with no clear path forward?
You’ve built a solid foundation in private practice. Now you’re looking for your next chapter — not just more consults, but a chance to take ownership, grow a niche, and help shape something meaningful.
We’re PTC Performance, the highest-ranked physiotherapy clinic in Lidcombe, and we’re offering the chance to lead our women’s health stream in a clinic built on outcomes, community, and clinical excellence.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to establish yourself as our go-to women’s health physiotherapist. You’ll focus on pelvic health, pre/post-natal care, and female-specific musculoskeletal conditions, empowering your patients to understand and care for their bodies. You’ll also run clinical Pilates classes and connect with local gyms and mothers' groups in our community.
While we’re building up our dedicated women’s health caseload, you’ll also work with our general clientele - this gives you the flexibility to develop a varied skill set while growing into your specialty and full clinical autonomy in your niche.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a physiotherapist with 2-4 years of private practice experience who is:
- Passionate about women’s health and pelvic health physiotherapy
- Interested in running Pilates classes as part of your weekly schedule
- Excited to be a team lead connecting with the local community
- Eager to build your personal and professional profile in your area of interest
- Someone who values professional development and structured mentorship
Essential for this role:
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean to serve our diverse community
Bonus points if you:
- Have clinical Pilates experience
- Have your own vehicle and valid driver’s license
