About the Role

- Manage intrastate and interstate transport operations across NSW
- Lead fleet deployment and dispatch execution




- Oversee cross-dock activities and ensure schedule adherence
- Govern safety, compliance, and incident resolution
- Drive operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement
- Drive a strong and consistent Safety Culture
- Transport lead through the Site change management at Lidcombe

What You’ll Bring

- 2+ years leading Transport Operations in FMCG
- Leadership experience in transport or logistics
- Strong knowledge of CoR and fleet performance management
- SAP proficiency and advanced Excel skills
