About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Warehouse Officer to join our friendly team. This full-time, hands-on position supports the Warehouse Manager and wider team with the smooth running of daily operations, helping to ensure accuracy, efficiency and teamwork across all warehouse activities.
- Location: Keilor Park
- Pay Cycle: Fortnightly
- Hours: 8:45am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday only – no weekend work!
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and invoicing customer orders with accuracy
- Assisting with goods in/out, including loading and unloading
- Restocking shelves and maintaining tidy, organised warehouse spaces
- Tracking and recording lot numbers, serial numbers and expiry dates (training provided)
- Supporting stock takes and general inventory duties
- Collaborating with team members to resolve order or delivery issues
- Occasionally picking up or delivering customer equipment
- Performing other tasks as required by the Warehouse Manager
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Willingness to learn and grow in a warehouse role
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy
- Reliable, proactive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Manual driver’s licence (Preferred)
- Forklift licence an advantage but not essential (training can be provided for the right candidate)
