**Your new role**:
Join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Op Shop in Keilor Park. This is a part-time, ongoing role for 60.8 hours per fortnight. Lead a team of employees and volunteers, ensuring a energetic and positive customer experience. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a lively and friendly community!
Our Op Shops team are responsible for bringing their creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary Op Shops. We encourage and build a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development. Our Op Shops allow you to tap into your natural way of being creative, enthusiastic, and having fun.
Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high-level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.

**Your skills and experience**:
You will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, a flair for visual merchandising and demonstrated experience in managing retail stores.
You will also have knowledge of brands and fashion trends and have the ability to develop, mentor and motivate a dynamic team of employees and volunteers.
