Aluminium Fabricator – Full Time

The Fabrication Company Pty Ltd, a leading manufacturer of architectural metalwork in South-East Queensland, is seeking an experienced Aluminium Fabricator to join our growing team in Loganholme. This full-time role is critical in producing high-quality, custom aluminium gates, screens, balustrades and structural elements for residential, commercial and architectural projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Fabricating and assembling aluminium components in accordance with detailed shop drawings
- Operating a range of machinery including saws, folders, punch tools, MIG/TIG welders and other fabrication equipment
- Working with laser-cut and CNC-processed materials produced in-house
- Completing in office installations of aluminium gates, screens, balustrades and architectural metalwork
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to support efficient workflow
- Collaborating with our fabrication, laser, welding, and installation teams to deliver projects to deadline
- Following all safety procedures and quality control requirements to ensure the highest standard of workmanship
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabricator in a workshop or construction environment
- Strong aluminium welding skills (MIG essential; TIG highly regarded)
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering premium-quality finishes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work autonomously
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- White Card and EWP ticket desirable (but not essential)
