The Shire of Mundaring is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Executive Assistant to the CEO. Someone who wants to grow their career, while enjoying the balance and beauty that comes with working in the Perth hills.
From managing complex calendars, coordinating key meetings and events, to preparing reports and liaising with stakeholders across the Shire, you’ll be central to keeping things running smoothly.
The position offers a competitive remuneration package for up to $116,530 per annum including:
Base Salary: $87,925 - $92,761 per annum (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
Overtime Earnings: Potential to earn up to an additional $8,000 per annum
Superannuation: Employer contribution of up to 17% as well as a range of benefits including:

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a busy environment and brings:
Exceptional time management skills and the confidence to work with limited direction
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
The ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook and Word, with a readiness to learn recent systems
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
