About the Role
Join The Caravan Guys, a leading Gold Coast caravan repair, servicing and renovation business, as our new Administration Assistant.
This position is based at our workshop in Arundel and plays a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day admin operations, customer communication, and workshop scheduling.
If you're organised, friendly, and enjoy helping people, you'll fit right in with our down-to-earth, van-life-loving team.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing general administrative support, data entry, filing and invoicing
Assisting with the coordination of caravan service bookings, repairs and renovation appointments
Handling incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
Liaising with insurers, suppliers, and customers when required
Maintaining and updating internal records, job management software and spreadsheets
Supporting the workshop team with job tracking, parts follow-ups and ad-hoc tasks
Helping keep the office organised, tidy and running smoothly

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in administration or customer service is preferred but not essential, would suit a youngster looking to start their professional career
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Competent with computers, email, and basic admin software
A positive, proactive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
Someone who works well independently and in a small team
