We’re looking for a friendly, experienced Casual Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming Helensvale team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating outstanding first impressions, thrives in a busy setting, and can offer versatile availability across all days with weekends being the primary shifts required
You’ll be the first smile our patients see — and an essential part of keeping our centre running smoothly.

About the Role
As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll help create a seamless, positive experience for every patient. Your responsibilities include:
Welcoming patients and managing check-ins/check-outs
Phone and appointment management
Processing payments and health fund claims
Coordinating schedules and supporting daily operations
Providing exceptional service in person and over the phone
What You’ll Bring
Experience in dental or medical reception (dental preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confidence using practice software and computer systems
A friendly, calm, patient-focused approach
Reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced team workplace
