We’re looking for a friendly, experienced Casual Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming Helensvale team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating outstanding first impressions, thrives in a busy setting, and can offer flexible availability across all days with weekends being the primary shifts required
You’ll be the first smile our patients see — and an essential part of keeping our centre running smoothly.

About the Role
As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll help create a seamless, positive experience for every patient. Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients and managing check-ins/check-outs
- Phone and appointment management
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Coordinating schedules and supporting daily operations
- Providing exceptional service in person and over the phone
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in dental or medical reception (dental preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence using practice software and computer systems
- A friendly, calm, patient-focused approach
- Reliability and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
