About The Role
As the Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the school by contributing to corporate service activities, including human resources, financial management, and facilities coordination. This role involves identifying and implementing process improvements to ensure the productive and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing day-to-day management and support for school staff, including recruitment, induction, and training coordination.
- Ensuring compliance with departmental policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements.
- Assisting with workforce planning and student attendance including maintaining accurate records and monitoring staff and student data.
- Supporting financial and administrative activities, including budget reviews, accounts payable and resource management.
- Coordinating facilities management, maintenance activities, and capital works projects under the direction of the Business Manager.
About You
The following traits would be beneficial:
- Solid organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in human resources, financial administration, or facilities management.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
