The objective of the INCO Academy program you will be a part of is to support women gain digital skills in Australia and the APAC region to overcome barriers to employment by offering them access to free online training in green career pathways and tech skills as well as act as a bridge to employers to create new career opportunities.

Your mission in a nutshell? Supporting awareness and learner sourcing campaigns for our programs in Australia and the APAC region with a strong focus on the learner experience, working closely with our operational teams, communications teams, and external partners.

Your responsibilities:

- Work towards programmatic goals, and prioritize and deliver an excellent customer experience to our direct beneficiaries and partners;
- Work closely with our communications teams to plan and monitor online recruitment campaigns;
- Leverage existing networks and create new partnerships in relevant markets to raise awareness about our programs (working with diverse partners such as nonprofits, local institutions,



influencers);
- Support on onboarding learners and their overall journey through INCO Academy programs;
- You will work closely with the team's placement specialist, ensuring that learners are prepared to enter either the workforce or move onto further training;
- Sourcing additional specialist speakers and mentors in careers advice and guidance;
- Managing all community channels;
- Support with facilitator coordination, supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and overseeing of facilitators;
- Putting together live events, whether online or in-person;
- Create meaningful connections for our learners and graduates;
- Share your success stories by identifying relevant communication materials (with support from our communications team);
- Host virtual workshops and events, community-building sessions and customized office hours to ensure learner needs are met consistently.
- You have a demonstrated passion for education and/or technology;
- You have >3 years of relevant work experience in several of the following areas: Program/project management (preferably in IT education or similar), Community Management, Partnerships development; and have demonstrated an ability to develop lasting customer relationships with a vast array of stakeholders;
- You are excited about rolling up your sleeves, and getting in the weeds with our partners in order to hit programmatic targets;
- You are open-minded, self-reliant and able to work remotely and independently while maintaining close links with your team through regular and transparent reporting;
- You have some experience in social media and communication, recruiting participants for educational projects;
- You have some experience in facilitating one-to-many (virtual) workshops, panels and events;
- You are an excellent written and verbal communicator;
- You have strong technical skills and the ability to work well with data;
- You have experience working in agile teams, adapting quickly to changing priorities and workflows;
- You have knowledge of project management processes and systems to streamline operations, including productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Slack, MS Excel, Hubspot).
- A high degree of trust and creative freedom in a dynamic learning environment with a startup atmosphere in a globally growing company;




- Collaboration with an international team (based across London, Berlin, Paris, Athens, Barcelona and more) that values diversity, humor, team spirit, mutual support and appreciation;
- Direct ownership of the relationship with talent development organizations in your focus markets, and in-depth understanding of their educational business models;
- Exposure to global philanthropic players, and direct involvement in the development of the program's strategy and operations in your focus markets;
- Onboarding and development opportunities through regular feedback, training and coaching;
