Exceptional opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a leading Renewable Energy organisation that is going through substanial growth and is setting new standards for sustainability, innovation and excellence.

This newly created role reports directly to the General Counsel and will work closely with the business to provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal support on a broad range of matters. It is an ideal step for a Legal Counsel or Senior Associate with a background in construction, infrastructure, energy or real estate who is looking to move in-house.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide timely, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on a wide range of business matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, project documentation (including EPC, O&M, and property agreements), and commercial agreements.
- Supporting dispute resolution, litigation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Designing and embedding compliance frameworks, policies, and training across the organisation.
- Monitoring regulatory developments (including environmental, health, safety, and corporate governance) and ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Conducting internal investigations and managing audits.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and sound governance.

About you:

- 4–7 years' post-qualification experience,



ideally gained in a top-tier or mid-tier firm or a major infrastructure/energy business.
- Strong background in construction, infrastructure or real estate law, with the ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded, pragmatic and confident advising in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
