Level 4–5 | $76,500 – $89,100 + 12% super (pro rata)

About the Role
As the Administration Officer for Economic Development, you’ll be the go-to support for our Economic Development & Advocacy team. Your work will keep projects moving, stakeholders connected, and our operations running smoothly.
You will:
- Support key initiatives across economic development, advocacy, and tourism.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and engagement events.
- Manage departmental records, requisitions, payments, and work orders.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and stakeholder materials.
- Help keep our stakeholders informed through newsletters and engagement communications.
Your contribution helps ensure the City’s strategic economic projects progress efficiently and professionally.
About You
You’re someone who:
- Brings strong organisational skills and enjoys creating order and efficiency.
- Communicates clearly and builds positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Is proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Enjoys supporting meaningful community-facing work and working as part of a collaborative team.
- Has experience in administration and is confident using Microsoft Office and record-keeping systems.
