**Location**: Bondi Aquabumps Gallery (+ site visits to our local framers)
Love art and the ocean? Here’s your chance to run the show behind one of Australia’s most iconic photography brands — creating, producing, and shipping Aquabumps artworks from our Bondi Beach studio to the world.
**Full-Time Position**:
- Managing the full production workflow of custom artworks — from order to delivery.
- Printing, colour checks, and quality control to ensure flawless results.
- Coordinating with our framing team and local suppliers.
- Managing logistics, freight costs, and shipping (locally and internationally).
- Communicating clearly and consistently with our clients, keeping them updated throughout their order journey.
- Using tools like Excel, Outlook, and Photoshop to stay on top of orders and artwork files.
- Occasionally helping customers in the gallery or via our online chat.
Each day’s different — one morning you might be approving prints fresh off the press, the next managing an international shipment or styling artwork for framing.
**About Aquabumps**
The Aquabumps Gallery is a 26-year-old custom-order photography artwork business based in Bondi Beach, Sydney.
Our prints are beach/ocean-focused, and our clientele is worldwide.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **A sharp eye for detail**and high-quality standards.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Tech savvy — confident using Excel, Word,Outlook, basic Adobe Photoshop and awareness of art printing and retouching
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Monday-Friday availability (full-time).
- A calm operator who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.
- A team player who enjoys working with a small, passionate crew.
- Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. (preferred)
- Australian resident (No travel or holiday visas)
Pay: $75,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
