Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Barista to craft outstanding coffee and beverages for our guests. This is more than just making coffee, it’s about creating memorable moments in a luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages with precision and flair
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to uphold our luxury standards
Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, welcoming attitude
Handle cash and transactions accurately
Follow food safety and cleanliness protocols
Work efficiently in a fast paced environment while staying calm under pressure
Qualifications
Barista or customer service experience preferred but not essential – we value passion and willingness to learn
Early morning availability
Enjoys connecting with people, and always approachable
Team player with the ability to thrive under pressure
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
