About us:
Noosa Heads Medical is an established general practice in Noosa Heads providing high quality health care to the Noosa community.
We are looking for conscientious, compassionate nurse with practical communication skills and a high level of attention to detail while providing the highest-quality patient assessment and care.
You will be rostered to work at a General Practice clinic in Noosa Heads with exposure to all domains of General Practice.
The Role
- Casual 15 – 30 hrs weekdays
- Qualified team
Essential Criteria:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Unrestricted working rights.
Duties:
- Chronic disease management
- Vaccination (adult and child)
- Preventative health assessment
- Aged care multidisciplinary care plans
- Proficient with technology
- Demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills – active listening, empathy, and confident verbal communication.
