Senior HR Advisor & Project Lead
Salary: $113,061 - $131,778 per annum
Full time Permanent
Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)

We are looking for a Senior HR qualified with broad human resources expertise and a passion for strategic HR projects.
You will be required to multitask in a role with competing priorities, partnering with leaders and managers across a diverse portfolio while leading and driving HR projects. The City is seeking a well-versed professional who is able to provide advice on strategic and operational human resources matters, navigate stakeholders through a range of complex employee relations issues and support the City’s response to legislative and other changes.
This position will work closely with City leaders and managers and be required to share knowledge and provide guidance across the HR team.
Your covering letter will need to address the following criteria:
Significant experience working at a Senior Advisor level providing advice and consultation on a range of complex HR matters, with an emphasis on employee relations.
Demonstrated experience working on strategic HR Projects and initiatives.
Demonstrated experience with HR systems and process implementation and improvement.
Experience working in Local Government would be advantageous.
