Job Description
Lead end-to-end payroll processing across 7 awards and 1 EBA
Oversee payrolls for 300 weekly-paid employees across four entities
Ensure compliance and accuracy across two payroll cycles per week
Support system transitions and adapt quickly to recent platforms (Astute experience a bonus)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain high service standards
Work onsite with flexibility for one WFH day per week
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Payroll Officer / Supervisor should have:
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll, ideally across complex award structures
Quick to learn new systems and processes
Mandarin-speaking preferred (not essential)
Must have full working rights in Australia
