Key Responsibilities
Act as the Nominated Supervisor in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
Lead and mentor a team of passionate early childhood educators
Ensure high standards of compliance, health & safety, and best practice are consistently met
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with families, the community, and key stakeholders
Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure it aligns with the EYLF and NQF
Maintain documentation, rosters, and staff training to support smooth centre operations
Work closely with the approved provider to meet business and regulatory goals
About You To be successful in this role, you will need:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Current NSW Working With Children Check
Proven leadership experience within an Early Childhood setting
Solid knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), EYLF, and regulatory requirements
Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for early years education and creating a safe, nurturing workplace
