About the role
Are you a medical receptionist looking for extra money, in a casual role in a supportive after-hours medical clinic? Morphett Vale Medical Care After Hours Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic After Hours Medical Receptionist to join our team in Morphett Vale, SA.
What you'll be doing
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Perform administrative duties such as answering the phone to book appointments, data entry.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients
- Liaise with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Minimum 6 months of medical reception experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using medical software and computer systems, preferably Best Practice.
- Ability to work well independently with one Doctor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Australian work rights required for this position
- Availability to work both evenings and weekends required for this after hours position
