What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate daily operations of a Stirling Leisure Centre
- Lead the facility hire team
- Manage budgets, revenue targets, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement strategic plans
- Manage key stakeholders, building effective relationships, and influencing decisions to support strategic outcomes
- Drive customer engagement and service improvements
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development
- Ensure compliance with safety and risk management standards
- Prepare reports and business cases for service changes
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Recreation or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in leisure or sports facility management
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive results
- Strong strategic planning and financial management skills
- Knowledge of recreation industry trends and best practice
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current First Aid Certificate and National Police Clearance
