Lifestyle Coordinator | North Parramatta | Full Time

As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will lead the Lifestyle program at our North Parramatta Facility.
You’ll be at the heart of designing and delivering programs that are vibrant, meaningful, and tailored to the interests and needs of each resident.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate a resident-driven leisure program that enhances psychological, social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural wellbeing.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to offer leisure and recreation activities that promote self-esteem and personal fulfilment.
- Lead and support Leisure and Lifestyle staff, working closely with the broader team to deliver high-quality person-centered service.
- Monitor and evaluate programs regularly to ensure they are meaningful and meet resident needs, providing suggestions for improvement.
- Assist the Leisure and Lifestyle Department in meeting accreditation requirements.
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle qualifications
- Passion for delivering high-quality care that makes a difference for our residents
- Experience in leisure and lifestyle service
- Relevant experience in aged care (desirable)
- Ability to undertake leisure-based assessments and care planning with individual residents
