Based in the Kemps Creek facility, you’ll oversee a tight knit team of five, driving daily operations and ensuring everything from safety and compliance to inventory accuracy is on point.
You’ll play a key role in building a strong team culture, maintaining smooth workflows, and keeping performance levels high all while putting safety at the top of the agenda.
From toolbox talks and OH&S; meetings to stock control and KPI management, this role is all about leadership, communication, and accountability.
You’ll be the go to person for freight providers, head office, and your team, keeping everyone in sync and things moving.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years experience in a warehouse or distribution workplace (ideally in a leadership role)
- Holds a forklift licence (or is happy to get one)
- Knows their way around warehouse systems (Pronto ERP experience = a bonus!)
- Has a passion for team building, process improvement, and safety first leadership
