Labourforce is seeking motivated and reliable Pick Packers to join the Morning Shift team, supporting one of Australia’s largest retailers in a state-of-the-art automated warehouse.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Morning Shift Pick Packer, you’ll play a key role in keeping Australia’s supply chain moving. You’ll work with advanced automation systems in a clean, modern, and safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking and packing stock using voice-pick or pick-to-light systems
- Replenishing and decanting stock into automated storage systems
- Monitoring automated picking and replenishment equipment
- Meeting daily performance and pick rate targets
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
- Following all safety and quality standards at all times
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous Pick Packing or Warehouse experience highly regarded
- Comfortable working with technology and automation systems
- Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards
SHIFT DETAILS – MORNING SHIFT ONLY
- Days: Wednesday to Saturday roster
- Shift Time: Start early – finish before the afternoon!
- Flexibility: Willingness to work additional hours during busy periods
- Commitment: Reliable attendance and consistent performance essential
