About the Role
As Front of House, you’ll be the first person our guests see - setting the tone for their entire visit. This role is all about creating a polished yet welcoming experience. From check-in to farewell, you’ll keep the vibe upbeat, the venue immaculate, and the energy flowing.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a seamless start to their visit.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and professionalism.
- Maintain venue presentation and cleanliness to high standards.
- Assist with guest questions, bookings, and product recommendations.
- Support the team in creating a connected and lively venue atmosphere.
About You
- Confident, friendly, and people-oriented - you love creating memorable guest moments.
- Presentable and professional, with experience in day spas, guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- Reliable and proactive, with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable with tech platforms for scheduling, bookings, and payments.
- Team player who thrives in fast-moving, social environments.
