About You
- You’re confident, composed, and thrive in a premium, fast-paced workplace.
- You bring demonstrated experience in customer-facing or supervisory roles (hospitality, wellness, retail or service industries preferred).
- You’re a natural leader - someone who communicates clearly, supports their team, and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.
- You have sharp attention to detail, a polished approach, and the ability to stay calm, resourceful and solutions-focused under pressure.
- You bring warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for people.
About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Supervisor to bring leadership, energy and connection to our luxe Karrinyup venue.
As a Supervisor, you’ll help build and guide the rest of the team while ensuring our venue runs seamlessly. You’ll be the steady, reliable point of contact during your shifts - supporting staff, solving problems as they arise, and ensuring every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived.
This role blends people leadership, operational oversight, and premium customer experience in a beautifully curated environment.
What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Community
- Be the warm first impression for every guest.
- Build genuine rapport with members and create a sense of belonging.
- Support guests with enquiries, feedback, and guidance on sauna + ice bath use.
- Uphold the Alchemy feeling - calm, connected, social, and welcoming.
Operations & Venue Excellence
- Assume responsibility for the venue during your shifts to ensure smooth, protected operations.
- Complete daily checklists and maintain a premium standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist with roster updates, staff communication, and operational changes.
Team Support & Leadership
- Mentor and support FOH staff, helping shape a strong, connected team culture.
- Assist with onboarding and training new hires as we continue to grow the team.
- Lead by example - steady, organised, proactive, and people-first.
Stock, Safety & Admin
- Manage stock levels through Sortly, including ordering and unpacking.
- Identify and escalate maintenance issues or safety concerns.
- Assist with incident reporting and operational documentation where required.
Collaboration & Growth
- Participate in Supervisor and Operations meetings.
- Work closely with Venue and Area Managers to keep communication clear and aligned.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and bring fresh ideas to elevate the Karrinyup experience.
