Associate Technical Supervisor Permanent Position – Frenchs Forest
What does the job look like?
As an Associate Technical Supervisor, you’ll work closely with our Repair Centre Technical Supervisor to tackle day-to-day technical challenges and support ongoing R&D; initiatives. You will assist in developing and maintaining a quality-centric culture within the Repair Centre by promoting continuous improvement, supporting robust technical processes, and ensuring best-practice standards are upheld across all activities. Key areas include:
- Training and providing technical support to Repair Centre Technicians
- Assisting in the development and continuous improvement of repair processes
- Performing component-level repair of ATM parts and modules when required
- Carrying out R&D; tasks, including prototyping and testing new designs, modules, and diagnostic tools
- Contributing to software and hardware development projects for internal testing or product development
- Actively assisting in the creation and maintenance of Work Instructions, procedural protocols, and key quality assurance processes—including DOA and ELF workflows
- Completing all tasks in alignment with the Quality Management System
- Designing programming modules and test boards
- Creating clear and accurate work instructions
- Developing and refining testing procedures
- Assisting with complex fault diagnostics and offering insights on component repair challenges
- Perform component-level repair of ATM parts and modules as needed
Are you the one?
You bring strong software programming skills and excellent mechanical aptitude, paired with a natural drive for problem-solving. You can quickly learn and troubleshoot new ATM components, and you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident working across both software and hardware environments. You can demonstrate:
- Advanced software programming skills
- Robust computer hardware skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft outlook and reporting tools
- Ability to train, support, and improve technical processes
- Excellent understanding of safety practices and processes
