What your week Looks like:
At Tashacare, your week is designed to balance hands-on therapy, learning, and collaboration:

- Deliver Meaningful OT Services: Conduct functional assessments, prescribe equipment, recommend home modifications, and complete sensory assessments.
- Support NDIS Participants: Help clients build independence and achieve goals that truly matter to them.
- Manage Your Caseload: Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in scheduling, with full support from the team.
- Collaborate & Learn: Participate in regular case discussions and clinical supervision within our multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible Work Settings: Split your time between our Northcote clinic, client homes, and community settings — with guidance and support at every step.

What You’ll Bring:

- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and a valid driver’s licence
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in functional assessments, equipment prescription, or home modifications (preferred)
- A collaborative, client-focused approach with a passion for helping people reach their potential
- Open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates ready to learn and grow
