- Attracting both domestic and international visitors, Sandalford’s estate offers multi-lingual winery tours on suspended walkways and extensive cellar door tasting experiences to complement their world class, award-winning cuisine, restaurant and event experiences.
- We currently have an opening for a full time **Wine Club Coordinator** to join our award-winning team.
- **THE ROLE**
- As the Wine Club Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operation of the direct-to-customer **Sandalford Wine Club.**
- In this role you will be driving force behind our membership program - building solid relationships with our loyal customers, curating exclusive offers and events, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and delivering service excellence at every touchpoint.
- Working closely with the Sandalford Cellar Door, Winemaker and Management teams, you’ll identify opportunities for growth and lead the development of a promotional and marketing calendar of events and campaigns to increase retention and attract new members.
- As the primary contact for our members, you’ll provide premium customer service and manage every stage of the membership journey - from initial sign up, retention to long term loyalty.
- Your work will help create unforgettable experiences and connection ensuring every member feels part of something truly exceptional - a reflection of the quality and heritage of Sandalford.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, to engage and develop new ideas to keep in contact and encourage positive relationships with club members through special offers and promotions
- Provide customer service and support to current Wine Club members
- Coordinate wine order shipments, logistics and order fulfilment
- Update the online store with new release wines, sale specials, promotions and inventory
- Plan and run member loyalty events
- Partner with the winemakers on new releases
- Work closely with cellar door staff and internal teams to maximize opportunities to acquire consumers for wine club programs- **ABOUT YOU**- Previous Experience managing or supporting a with Wine Club, similar direct to consumer or loyalty program
- A passion for wine, and wine industry experience
- Experience in customer relationship management, sales and planning and hosting events
- Attention to detail with administration duties to ensure data integrity and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience with EZY Wine software (highly desirable but not essential).
- Australian Driver’s license; RSA certificate; and Police Clearance Certificate (issued within the last 6 months)
