Ullo Pizza & Wine is seeking a skilled and friendly bartender to join our team and provide exceptional service to our patrons. As a bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your expertise in crafting cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and managing bar operations will be vital to our establishment's success.
Ullo Dee Why is the latest venue within the Oi Hospitality Group, with other well known venues on the Northern Beaches such as Corretto Dee Why & Banco Manly.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, while adhering to our beverage recipes and standards.
2. Greet and interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner,
taking drink orders and providing recommendations when requested.
3. Maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, including stocking supplies, glassware, and utensils.
4. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and techniques to create cutting-edge and visually appealing cocktails.
5. Assist in inventory management by tracking and ordering bar supplies, such as liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
6. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food and drink orders and maintain an efficient service flow.
7. Uphold sanitation and safety standards by following health and safety guidelines and cleaning the bar area regularly.
8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.
9. Participate in training programs to continuously improve bartending skills and knowledge.
10. Promote and upsell special promotions or events to increase bar revenue.
