What’s on the Menu? As our next Restaurant Manager, you’ll:

- Be the Vibe: Lead from the front, set the tone, and create a space where guests feel welcome and your team feels inspired.
- Run the Show: Oversee FOH + BOH operations, maintaining high standards in service, quality, and compliance.
- Grow Your Crew: Recruit, train, and develop your team to perform at their best every shift.
- Drive Results: Manage budgets, hit targets, and roll out ideas that lift performance and profitability.
- Stay Sharp: Keep stock, systems, and processes on point — no detail too small.
- Lift the Guest Experience: Spot opportunities, fix them fast, and turn every visit into a reason to return.

What You Bring:





- Strong leadership experience in QSR, hospitality, or fast-casual dining
- A solid understanding of operations, budgets, and people management
- Calm under pressure, confident with decisions, and great with communication
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends

Bonus points if you’ve got:

✔️ Food Safety Supervisor Cert
✔️ RSA
✔️ First Aid Cert
