About the Role
Opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the team at Melbourne Hydraulics based in Keysborough.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administration support to the team within the office
- Answering and redirecting calls
- Greeting all customers
- Inputting bills and invoices into Xero
- General house keeping
This opportunity is a full-time role. However, part-time and casual hours can be negotiated where hours can be spread across a 5 day week.
About You
- Previous administration experience is preferable
- Clear and direct communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Good time management skills
- High organisational skills
- Knowledge of Xero software highly regarded by not essential
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
