We're Hiring: Part-Time Barista-Supervisor – Rustica Brighton Café
Rustica Brighton is seeking an experienced and motivated -Part time Barista-Supervisor to join our team!
If you have a passion for specialty coffee, strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced café environment, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role:
- Position: Part-Time Barista-Supervisor 25-35 hours per week
- Location: Rustica Brighton Café, 736–742 Hampton Street, Brighton, VIC
- Start: ASAP
- What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2–3 years of café experience in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and machine operation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a team
- Confident in supervising the floor and front-of-house when required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be available to work Sundays and Mondays
- Full working rights in Australia
