As the Centre Director, you will be the driving force behind:

You’ll be supported by an experienced Area Director, pedagogical partners, compliance specialists, and a national leadership team.

We are looking for a leader who is:
- Confident in managing centre operations and guiding a team
- Skilled at building trust with families, staff, and stakeholders
- Passionate about high-quality early education
- Able to navigate regulations, NQS, and compliance with ease
- Calm, organised, and solutions-oriented
Requirements:
- ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
- Prior experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Centre Director
- Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC requirement
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
