Little Sparrow is a boutique sophisticated restaurant & café group that provides award winning specialty coffee, freshly baked products and a large variety of breakfast , Acai and lunch options using local produce.
Acai & Soft Serve staff have one of the most important positions in the business and are the key to businesses success. We’re looking for passionate and experienced individuals to manage our newly open Little Sparrow Craigieburn.
Our Acai & Soft Serve staff work hands on to ensure the efficient daily running of all aspects of the business and are required to provide a wonderful café experience that ensures the return of customers.
What We’re Looking For:
ACAI & Soft serve Staff
A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with customers and training team members
Oversee food and beverage preparation, presentation, and quality.
Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and hygiene standards.
Drive sales growth and support promotional activities
Must have 1+ years experience in Acai & Soft Serve icecream

Roster & Availability:
We operate 7 days a week (shopping centre hours)
Must be available for a rotating roster, including weekends
Location: Little Sparrow Craigieburn – Craigieburn central Shopping Centre
