Reef Gateway Hotel – A local icon with a solid community following, bistro dining, and function offerings.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to lead and motivate the team in a fast-paced,
high-volume environment
Experience with menu execution, stock control, rostering, and kitchen operations
A positive attitude and passion for delivering great food and memorable experiences
