We have roles across Patient Concierge, Dental Nursing and Team Lead/Manager roles for the right candidates.
We are looking for a Full/Part Time receptionist to join our team. One late night per week is required and every second Saturday.
Your past experience
- Dental Front Office or experience in a clinical setting (Highly Regarded)
- Dental nursing experience (not Necessary)
- High level patient/customer communication expertise
- Experience developing strong patient relationships
- Demonstrable multi-tasking competence
- Motivated and reliable self-starter
- Strong team player
Your key responsibilities
- Patient concierge, medical history collection and updating
- Patient appointment setting, co-ordination and management
- Payment co-ordination and reconciliation
- Patient enquiry booking and management
- Clinician diary management
- Health fund liaison and co-ordination
