Ideal opportunity for New Graduates – North Parramatta
Christadelphian Homes Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our established HR team as a HR Officer for a fixed term, leave replacement contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate interested in gaining hands on experience in Human Resources within the Aged Care Sector.
About the Role
Position: HR Officer
Contract Length: 8 weeks (excluding Christmas shutdown)
Location: North Parramatta
Work Arrangement: In office only (no work from home options available)
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations within a friendly and supportive team
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration
Respond to employee queries and maintain accurate HR records
Contribute to a positive workplace culture
About You
Recent graduate in Human Resources,
Business or related field
Robust communication and organisational skills
Genuine interest in Aged Care service and supporting others
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Available to commit to the full contract period (excluding Christmas shutdown)
Mandatory Requirements
Unlimited Right to Work in Australia
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Proof of 2 x COVID-19 vaccinations
