Position Overview
The E-Commerce Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring products, content, and customer experiences are delivered to a high standard. This role plays a key part in maintaining product listings, improving site performance and executing digital merchandising tasks that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
E-Commerce Content, Merchandising & Marketing Support
- Create and update product listings (titles, descriptions, categorisation).
- Upload, manage, and retouch product imagery using Photoshop to maintain accuracy and brand consistency.
- Maintain collection pages, tagging, and filters to support easy navigation.
- Ensure all product information is accurate, current, and aligned with promotions.
- Assist with promotions, banner updates, and featured product merchandising.
- Create simple marketing assets such as graphics, banners, and campaign visuals.
- Support ad content, EDM assets,
and general creative tasks.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Support campaigns, product launches, and landing page updates with the marketing team.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify and Magento preferred).
- Proficient in Photoshop with strong image-editing and retouching skills.
- Creative flair with the ability to assist in basic marketing and design tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of digital merchandising and online retail fundamentals.
- Good written communication with the ability to produce clean, customer-friendly copy.

Requirements:
- A valid Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card) or the ability to obtain one
