Job Description – Talent Deployment Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Deployment Assistant to support our workforce planning and talent allocation processes. In this role, you will assist in coordinating the deployment of employees across projects and departments, ensuring the right talent is assigned to the right opportunities at the right time. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and committed to delivering seamless operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling and deploying employees to projects based on skills, availability, and business needs.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of workforce assignments, skill sets, and deployment schedules.
- Coordinate with department managers to confirm staffing requirements and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Support the Talent Deployment team in tracking resource utilization and forecasting future resource needs.
- Prepare and update weekly deployment reports and dashboards.
- Communicate assignment details to employees and ensure timely follow-up on changes or updates.
- Assist in optimizing deployment processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Solid organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR systems or workforce planning tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
