Role Description
This on-site Housekeeper role is based in Burleigh Heads, QLD. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for performing cleaning tasks, including ensuring properties are spotless, managing laundry services, and restocking guest amenities.
You will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and adhere to high standards of cleanliness and property presentation. This position may also include occasional customer interaction and assisting with team coordination and training.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in performing laundry tasks and handling linens with care
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with teammates and occasionally with guests
- Excellent organization skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain high cleaning standards
- Ability to participate in training sessions and continually improve professional skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holiday periods
