About the role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Application Developer to join our Software Engineering team, where you will collaborate on a key project for a valued client. This role offers a dynamic environment to design, build, and configure innovative applications that meet business process and application requirements.
As a Team Lead – SAP BTP Application Development, you will lead a small team, contribute to key solution decisions, and ensure high‑quality delivery using SAP Business Technology Platform.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure SAP BTP applications aligned to business requirements.
- Develop cutting-edge solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Provide solutions to technical challenges across the team and broader delivery streams.
- Stay updated with latest industry trends and continuously improve development processes.
Required qualifications
- Expert proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development (mandatory).
- Advanced proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong capability in SAP BTP Administration, API Management, and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring technical team members.
- Experience with structured testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
