A bit about the role
- Start date: 12th January 2026
- Base salary: $68,340 + Super + Bonuses + Shift loading
- Full time Permanent role – Rotating roster
- Monday-Friday: 6am-10.30pm
- Saturday – Sunday: 8am-6pm
- Location: West Perth or Joondalup – You choose!

What you’ll do
- Engage daily with 50-60 members over the phone to understand their needs, assisting them with any queries,
changes or support they may need in relation to a range of RAC products and services.
- Offer tailored solutions that make their lives easier.
- Develop your knowledge of RAC products and Services through a full time training and upskilling program, allowing you to support a larger range of members.
- Confidently navigate multiple technology systems while simultaneously providing support and having engaging conversations with members.
- Smash your sales targets and celebrate your wins.
- Be part of a team that supports and motivates each other.
What we’re looking for
- A natural communicator with a positive attitude.
- Goal-driven and excited by the idea of earning commission.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, contact centre workplace.
- Previous sales experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you!
