About the role

We are seeking candidates who are currently studying or have recently completed a CA/CPA, and who are excited by the prospect of property development and funds management while working in a business where structures and procedures are developing alongside our growth.

This role is responsible for supporting the effective and productive processing of all aspects of financial management for multiple development and investment property trusts.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and manage financial reports for multiple property trusts.
- Coordinate the month‑end process including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets for property trusts and outgoings estimates.
- Assist property managers with the accuracy of tenant receivables, rent increases, incentives, and outgoings recovery and reconciliation.




- Liaise with external accountants and auditors regarding tax, compliance, and audit matters.
- Monitor and manage cash flow for assigned properties.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Mandatory requirements

- Currently enrolled in a CA/CPA program or recently qualified.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in property trust accounting.
- Using enterprise resource planning tool.
