Gallery Group is a dynamic and growing company committed to expanding its market presence. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, acquiring recent business, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, nurturing existing business relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, to create and execute strategies that drive growth and strengthen our position in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand Gallery Group’s market presence.
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads via cold calling and relationship-building.
- Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key B2B clients and sales partners.
- Sales Projections & Reporting: Collaborate with the Sales team to forecast revenue and meet sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and opportunities to inform strategic business decisions.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the BDM team to provide insights and support in achieving collective business goals.
- Support & Coordination: Benefit from full support from our Sales & Marketing team, including administrative assistance, contract management, and marketing initiatives.

Key Success Factors





- Networking & Lead Generation: Strong ability to network and generate leads.
- Strategic Thinking & Research: Skilled in conducting market research and identifying recent opportunities.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in a fast-paced sales environment, consistently meeting targets and deadlines.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Business Acumen: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Industry Experience: Experience with House & Land Sales and single contract sales is an advantage.
- B2B Relationship Management: Proven success in building and maintaining key B2B relationships, with strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience selling wholesale house and land packages
- Existing database of relationships with referral partners
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
