Occupational Therapist - Lifecare Homecare Graduate Program
Join Lifecare Australia as a Graduate Occupational Therapist to provide allied health services in clients' homes. You will receive on‑the‑job support including buddy days and supervision by our clinical leaders, and you can manage your schedule freely outside of office hours.
Every day will look different. As a Graduate Occupational Therapist you will:
- Conduct assessments and deliver interventions to patients and clients in their own homes.
- Engage with other Allied Health Professionals, GPs and Health Care Professionals to provide effective patient care.
- Write reports such as initial, progress and final reports and treatment management plans that meet NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP provider standards.
- Create and maintain effective relationships with Case Managers, GPs, community centres and other referrers.

What we’re looking for in our future graduates
We want enthusiastic, dedicated graduates who thrive in their own careers, collaborate well and bring fresh ideas to the team. Strong communication, attention to detail and time‑management skills are essential.
- Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Be eligible for AHPRA membership upon graduation.
- Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
- Agree to a pre‑employment national criminal check.
- Have full Australian working rights.
- Hold a full driver’s licence, own vehicle and comprehensive insurance.
