What we are looking for:
We are looking for a dynamic rostering coordinatorwho thrives on managing a mobile workforce to deliver exceptional home care services to elderly clients in our community. As a key member of our head office team, you'll build strong relationships with care workers and clients alike.

Our ideal candidate should possess the combination of dedication, patience, and a positive attitude along with :

- Customer service experience gained from working in a professional organisation
- Some experiences with rostering and scheduling within a community Aged Care organisation but essentially
- Minimum 1 year of rostering and scheduling experience is preferred
- Must have the ability to learn quickly and who can adapt and grasps concepts.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds and cultures.




- Capacity to prioritise and manage workload independently.
- Additional language proficiency is advantageous.
- Previous administration experience in aged care is highly valued.
- Permanent Australian Resident or have work rights. Please note we DO NOT offered sponsorship for this position.
- Have a National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one) prior to your employment

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule aged care services
- Communicate effectively with clients and families regarding scheduled shifts.
- Maintain and update schedules for efficient care delivery.
- Collaborate with Care Partners and Human Resources on staffing and rostering.
- Ensure accurate documentation of scheduling activities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

- Rostering: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one? (Required)
