About the Role

As Program Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery of SEA and CTA programs. You'll provide high-quality administrative and coordination support, manage participant onboarding, maintain compliance with government guidelines, and deliver exceptional customer service to participants and stakeholders.

This is a dynamic role where you'll support trainers, mentors, and facilitators while keeping programs running efficiently and meeting contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Prepare participant information packs and conduct welcome/outreach calls.
- Manage participant intake, registrations,



and assist with accessing resources and submitting documents.
- Process referrals, eligibility checks, claims, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions including inbox management and data entry.
- Assist with scheduling workshops, appointments, and assessments.
- Support trainers and mentors with materials, room bookings, and participant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with DEWR guidelines and provider contractual obligations.
