A rare and exciting opportunity for an Oral Health Therapist (OHT) or Dental Hygienist to join our beautiful dental practice in the heart of Ballarat.

The opportunity:
Are you ready to take a step up in your career? Our passionate and hard working team are seeking a superstar candidate with a positive, can-do attitude. You will be joining our clinical team which includes 5 experienced Dentists and 2 experienced Oral Health Therapists.
The role will cover hygiene, orthodontics and therapy work with an emphasis on quality, not targets. We have all the bells and whistles to set you up for success and job satisfaction including Airflows, scanners & printers, great patients and you will also have a dedicated dental assistant. We pay well above industry standard for the right candidate.
Although experience is favourable, our clinician team have a combined 100+ years of experience in all facets of dentistry and would be happy to mentor the right candidate. We also conduct monthly in-house CPD nights for our clinicians. As such, we will be hiring based on attitude just as much as experience.

Our progressive practice is at the forefront of dentistry, utilising state‑of‑the‑art technology and equipment including CAD‑CAM, digital scanners, 2x Airflows, Dental Wand, OPG, 3D Printer and CBCT to ensure we are able to provide a full range of dental services including General Dentistry, Orthodontics, Implants, Dental Surgery as well as Hygiene and Children’s Dentistry.
We would love to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Oral Health Therapy or Dental Therapy/Hygiene degree from an Australian University with current AHPRA registration
- You are passionate about our profession and undertake and willing to undertake above and beyond the minimum CPD hours
- Operator license for Irradiating Apparatus use (as per Health (Radiation Safety) Regulations).
- A high level of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
- Be able to work in and excel in a team environment
- Maintain a high level of professional maturity
- Be highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Be willing to learn new skills and take direction
- Be reliable, punctual, positive and well presented
About the role:
- Full‑Time or Part‑Time (for the right candidate)
- Flexible Start Date for the right candidate
- Business opening hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:45pm
